Who Are We ?

La Maison Morel was founded by JULIEN MOREL 
A demanding professional of “good eating and drinking”
for more than 10 years.

“I have always considered my work as a real passion and a way of life … 
I have to know how to arouse desires, unearth rare products, find future little treasures, 
know how to anticipate before the trend, innovate in the face of competition with always the same watchword THE QUALITY !
My constant desire to discover new textures, new culinary associations,
new trends, often through my travels, pushes me to do more and more 
in the face of my ambitious ideas, in order to develop my different establishments to the full. ” 

Today the Maison Morel has about thirty employees
and several establishments between Aix les Bains and Chamonix:
wine bar, wine cellar, restaurants, caterer, table d’hôte, delicatessen.
